aika erikoista liikkua aseistettuna seminaarissa, onko hotelli tehnyt rikosilmoitusta aseistetuista vieraista?

You are really looking for trouble promoting in a public forum how much “anonymous cash of the interwebz” (BTC6,000) you have in an unencrypted wallet on your unsecured macbook air.
And still do, at least some of it is still usable, thank you.
You don’t seem to understand that I revved up my burnrate to 100,000 EUR/month level, and selected the most opportune place in the world, considering all circumstances, to actually get some of my bitcoins organized in a secure way.
I did exactly what I needed to do: tried to organize my and others’ bitcoins in a maximum security place available to me in 2 weeks’ lead time!!
But it failed big time, 6 sigma, hotel’s fault, my bad. At least I try my best to minimize the damages to both me and my hotel, ignoring everything else in the process.
Do you seriously believe that I could not have organized armed guards who will silence every intruder at my orders?
FYI, in Finland these things happen rarely, and even now, the most express orders to use physical force in the conference (that I know of) were issued by me, and nobody got hurt as a result (but would have, if my person would have been attacked or some of my personal belongings seen detached from my person in the final day of the conference when I sensed the hostility of the hotel staff and the impending breakdown of the command chain).
I did have a 10-people delegation and we do carry and use firearms if situation permits. I am also ex-Rapid Deployment Force Jaeger and APC driver in Finnish Defence Forces myself. The reason that we (bitcoin supernodes) do not use arms is not that we are wimps, but that it is not needed to use them unless the confict is armed by nature. This kind of conflicts are called wars, and I hope I will not have to participate in one since I am a peaceful, voluntarist person who abhors violence. (That’s why I quit the reserve.)

I guess you’re lucky you live in Finland - if you were located anywhere else you might have already received an unpleasant visit.
Likely, no. Everyone capable of understanding bitcoins in a serious way, is so intelligent that he does not have a need for <1 million in fiat value. I (for example) do not even work any more, since I can just do what I want without much regard to how many bitcoins I control or not.
What I speak is difficult to understand. How do you feel that I routinely spend my time with people who have more bitcoins than me, speak marvellous things, never work or study, some of my friends can live off sunlight without eating, etc? Scary, huh? I am an operative level person, those guys come to my conference and expect the things to be in order. They should be. They are not. Rpietila cleans up the mess, as always. But the blame is on the hotel on this one (generally it’s me who both fails and cleans up, now for once I did not make a mistake but it was forced on me).

Anyhow, I hope you at least learnt one lesson: you never leave a laptop with unencrypted private keys unattended in a sauna.
As a logical sidenote, try the following:
- Listen mainly to people that have been doing something right.
- Now, what was your resumé again?
- Quit wasting my time, will ya?
I am just a messenger. I have superiors, and subordinates. Try it for yourself some time!
EDIT: Seriously: Only the braindead are stupid enough to reply to my posts any more. And a few contributors that are playing by the script, of course. Everybody else is scared by now. The people that I coordinate with, call me directly +358-50-3235950. I have about 150 such people, as well as most of us do. My friends are likely on average more interesting than yours, though. Just a fact, no offence. I don’t complain to be able to live with, and learn from, interesting people.
