Jos noin moni jäi rannalle, niin on siinä jotain muutakin kuin jaksamisen puutetta.
Siis 572 ei ikinä lunastettu vaikka aikaa oli 4.10.2014-30.5.2015.
Ja en nyt nää siinä kun omaa vikaa, jos ei asia kiinnostanut enään. Tämäkin asia käyty kymmeniä kertoja läpi, ja mukaan tosissaan päässyt monta vuotta pienillä summilla.
Ikävä homma, mutta kun kyseessä ei ollut ICO, niin ei voi mitään.
Seurasin kyllä tuon kyseisen ketjun ja jonkun toisen announcement ketjun aloitusviestejä. Ne oli minulla kirjanmerkkipalkilla niin tarkistin siitä aina välillä kirjautumatta sisään. Tuo alkuperäinen varainkeruu ketju on ilmeisesti kuopattu mutta toisen ketjun aloitusviestiin muokattiin jotain tietoa ja alaosaan tehtiin pieniä päivityksiä. Siihenkään ei kyllä selkeästi päivitetty tietoa itse lunastusvaiheesta. Eikä mielestäni kummassakaan selkeästi ilmoitettu että nyt olisi kiire lunastaa (luulisi että sellainen olisi kannattanut vaikka boldata viestin alkuun).
En nyt itse ole ollut asiaa ajamassa, mutta koska asianomaisia voi olla viidensadan luokkaa ja puhutaan mahdollisesti sadoista miljoonista niin en kyllä ihmettele jos tuosta syntyy joskus jokin joukkokanne. Ajattelin tuollaisen mahdollisuutta jo vuosi-pari sitten mutta silloin puhuttiin niin pienistä summista että en ajatellut siitä mitään tulevan.
Mitä mieltä muut ovat tuollaisen mahdollisuudesta? Ja muuten NEM foundationin “Council Member” puolella on yksi suomalainen, Niko Mäenpää. Onkohan foorumin käyttäjiä?

Samaa on yksi tuttunikin sanonut. Että homma eteni logiikalla, joka ei aivan ollut koodarin logiikkaa mikä toisaalta on ihme kun blockchainia ollaan koodaamassa. Ehkä siellä on ollut erikseen koodarit ja myyntitykkihuikkaset ja jälkimmäiset on hoitaneet tiedottamisen tyylillään.

Ymmärrän kyllä ärtymyksen, mutta tuossahan alussa esimerkiksi BTT:n nimimerkki Utopian Future potkittiin hommasta ulos. Lisäksi tosiaan hommahan eteni alussa täysin vapaaehtoisvoimin, ja osa distribuutiovaiheessa mukana olleista tyypeistä hyppäsi myös junasta pois.
Itsellä ainakin kova luotto projektiin, sillä paljon hienoja juttuja tulossa tulevaisuudessa. Omakohtaisesti voisin sanoa, että ellei nyt tänä vuonna trendi käänny totaalisesti, niin lähtisin vieläkin mukaan. Jos uskot Bitcoinin vetävän tänä vuonna 5-10x, niin en pitäisi mahdottamana XEM:ien arvon kehittyvän 10-30x tasolle. Tämä toki omaa mutua ja en kehoita ketään sijoittamaan, jos ei ole valmis riskien ottoon.

Oli selkeästi lupaavin projekti mihin osallistuin tuolloin 2013/2014 vaihteessa, koska varojen jakaminen vaikutti oikeasti reilulta. Mutta arvaa menikö usko kun omalta kohdalta hylättiin tuo stake ja ne meni yhteisön (eli käytännössä kehittäjien) pottiin. Siinä vaiheessa ajattelin ettei eroa mitenkään premined kolikoista ja vähän kuin periaatteesta päätin olla välittämättä. Ilmeisesti yleisen käsityksen mukaan kuitenkin varojen jakaminen oli reilua ja suuresta kehittäjien omistuksesta huolimatta NEMiä arvostetaan. Sen ainakin myönnän että hienoa etteivät ole paljoa käyttäneet kyseisiä varoja.
Ps. Katsoin NEM foorumilta joitain vanhoja viestejä missä poloniexin kaverit kovasti kehottivat jatkamaan vanhojen stakejen hyväksymistä juuri jostain ongelmista johtuen. En tiedä mihin sitten päätyivät, mutta nykyäänhän poloniexilla on melko jättimäinen omistus.
Poloniexin omistuksella tarkoitat ilmeisesti “cold wallettia”?.
Lohkoketjun kehityminen on ollut todella nousujohteista. Kryptomuisti on lyhyt, jos vertaa tilannetta vuoden takaiseen tilanteeseen. Kehitystiimin jäsenet saavat markkinointisopimuksen mukaan kyllä hyvän korvauksen, mutta juoksevat 24/7 tapahtumasta/tapaamisesta toiseen, joten raha ei tule helpolla.Hintataso oli aluksi luokkaa “nakit ja muusi”, eikä kukaan voinut heille taata, että hinta tulisi joskus nousemaan.
